Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Your first 90 days are completely free and need no card. We will only ask for payment details near the end of the trial, if you decide to continue.

Why a 90-day trial?

Because voice reviews build with your guests over weeks, not days. Ninety days is long enough to print the QR, collect real voices, and see the insights before you decide.

What happens after the trial?

We will remind you well before it ends. Continue for €29/month or €290/year, or do nothing: your recorder simply pauses and nothing is charged.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel in a click from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Is there a limit on reviews?

No. Collect as many voice reviews as your guests will leave, on every plan, during the trial and after.

What about VAT?

Prices are shown excluding VAT. Any applicable EU VAT is calculated and shown at checkout based on your business location.

Do my guests need an app?

Never. They scan your QR code, hold a button, and talk. No app, no forms, no typing. To make it public they just tap a one time link we email them, which is what keeps every review real.

Is claiming my place free?

Yes. Claiming a place and replying to its reviews is always free. The subscription activates your own Voice Collector, dashboard, and AI insights.

What if someone leaves a bad review?

It publishes, and you can answer it. Every real review stays up, the good and the hard, and you can record a reply in your own voice that appears right beside it. A place that answers honestly earns more trust than one with nothing but praise.

Can I delete a review of my place?

No, and neither can anyone else, including places that pay us. We remove a review only for clear rule-breaking: hate speech, private information, fake or synthetic voices, competitors, or people who were never customers. Every review has a report link if you think one crosses a line.

Do I have to reply to reviews?

Never. But it is free, it takes a minute, and a real voice answering a real concern is the most convincing thing a guest can hear about your place.

I am a creator, not a place. Can I use the tools?

Yes. Your creator page is free forever, and if you want to see what people keep saying about your work and reply at scale, you can turn on the same tools a place gets, right from your own page. Same €29 a month, no separate plan, and your page stays free either way.
